Waterlooville, UK -- Polar Instruments launched its new SB200a PCB stack-up design and documentation system at IPC Expo 2004. According to the company, the SB200a provides an "affordable industry standard, easy to use tool for professional documentation and design of complex multilayer stack-ups."
