Bob Green, a DSR with United Restaurant Equipment in Raleigh, N.C., and FE&S' DSR of the Month for April, will try to tell you he owes his success to the territory he covers. But those who know him will tell you it has more to do with his experience, professionalism and penchant for--as he described it--just plain putting in the hours.
Green, going on 21 years with United, learned the restaurant business as a boy. His late father, Bud, made his living in it and even worked closely with United Restaurant Equipment.
