Article: Showdown at Diamond Bar Ranch: rhetoric and ecology on the Southwest range.

What follows is a sort of "rhetoric of geography": an analysis and critique of the environmental and scientific discourse on the Diamond Bar Ranch, one hundred acres of private land commanding livestock access to almost 145,000 acres of public wilderness and a center of environmental conflict in the Southwest during the 1990s.
