Winlit Group Limited, a New York-based leather and outerwear company, whose clients include Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, London Fog and Ellen Tracy, is taking 22,000 sq. ft. of showroom and office space at 463 Seventh Avenue, known as the Outerwear Building.
According to Adams & Co. who served as the sole broker in the transaction, the clothing maker signed an eight-year lease.
The terms of me lease were undisclosed; me asking price for the space was $32 per sq. ft.
