Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ: VSEA) announced today that it has won an order for its single wafer VIISta 80HP high current ion implanter from Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing, one of the world's top three dedicated semiconductor foundries.
