Apr. 28--When Renee Rivera tallies her weekly milk bill, the thought of paying nearly $4 a gallon is enough to bring gasps.
Milk prices are rising, and for Rivera, 2036 Wesley, who has five children of her own plus her home day-care business, that's not good news. Higher milk prices also mean higher prices for anything made with milk -- cheese, ice cream, butter, pizza and more.
