In even numbered years Madison and Wisconsin are host to the International Cheese Technology Exposition.
This event, sponsored by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association and the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, brings together cheesemakers from around the world.
They come to hear seminars dealing with the latest cheese technology and current dairy issues. They come to view and learn about the latest cheesemaking equipment and to taste new cheeses. They also come to see World Championship cheeses.
