Coffee-to-go (or, as it is known in much of the rest of the world: take-away coffee) is one of the industry's fastest growing segments. Today's archetypal image of a specialty coffee consumer is that of someone walking down the street or sitting at their desk or driving in their car with a logo'd paper coffee cup. The strange thing is that this is a lousy way to really appreciate a great coffee. First of all, with a lid on the cup there is no way to appreciate the aroma of the coffee.
