Apr. 30--Kmart has Jaclyn Smith and Kathy Ireland. Wal-Mart has Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. And Kohl's, a latecomer to celebrity-endorsed clothing lines, now has Daisy Fuentes.

The Wisconsin-based discount chain picked Fuentes, a former Jersey girl who first staked her claim to fame as a student at Bergen Community College, to tap into both the growing Hispanic market and the multimillion-dollar sales potential of celebrity lines.
