What really happens in the White House intrigues readers everywhere
BOOKS about decision-making at the highest level make a strong showing in this month's worldwide bestseller rankings. Bob Woodward's "Plan of Attack" enters the list at the top. Richard Clarke's "Against All Enemies" continues to be in demand. For those more concerned with their own weighty matters there is always a new diet book.
