Apr. 30--MADAWASKA, Maine -- Gov. John Baldacci and New Brunswick Premier Bernard Lord will address delegates at the Maine-New Brunswick Border Summit being held Friday and Saturday, May 7-8, in Madawaska and Edmundston, New Brunswick.The summit, which will run Friday night and all day Saturday, will include several work sessions on border security, trade, energy, forestry, transportation, health and education issues, creative economies, environment, and services to people.
