U.S. AIR FORCE PROVIDES RESTRUCTURING DETAILS 
WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Secretary of the Air Force 

Donald B. Rice announced today more details on the restructure of three of the Air Force's major commands into two new commands. He also released the manpower impact these changes will have on the headquarters bases of these commands at Langley Air Force Base, Va., Scott Air Force Base, Ill., and Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. These changes will be effective on June 1, 1992.
