HARRISBURG, Pa., May 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Public Welfare Secretary Estelle B. Richman is asking all Pennsylvanians to sign a statement of support to end discrimination against people with mental illnesses during May, which is national Mental Health Month.
"One in five people in the U.S. lives with a mental illness, so we all know someone -- a parent or child, neighbor, community leader or professional colleague -- who is impacted," Secretary Richman said.
