LOS ANGELES, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas Properties Group announced today that the California Court of Appeals unanimously rejected Kilroy Realty Corporation and its funded front group CAGES' appeal that would have overturned El Segundo voters' approval of Campus El Segundo. Kilroy Realty Corporation's appeal comes after Superior Court Judge David Yaffe's July 26, 2002 ruling rejecting Kilroy's lawsuit, a citywide referendum showing overwhelming support for the project, and unanimous approval by El Segundo's Planning Commission and City Council.
