LOS ANGELES, May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- California student winners in National PTA's Reflections Program to encourage artistic expression were recognized on May 4, 2004, the second day of the 105th California State PTA Convention. Sixteen students received California State PTA Awards of Excellence in four arts areas: Literature, Musical Composition, Photography, Visual Arts; and four age/grade level divisions: Primary (preschool-grade 2), Intermediate (grades 3-5), Middle-Junior (grades 6-8) and Senior (grades 9-12).
