BOULDER, Colo., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Horizon Organic, underscoring the rising popularity of organic cheese, has expanded its cheese product line by nearly 50 percent with the introduction of seven new varieties. Two of them -- Swiss and Provolone cheese slices are new to the organic market and the one-pound offering is also the first of its kind in the organic cheese business.
