EchoStar Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:DISH) announced today that its DISH Network(TM) will offer local TV channels by satellite television to Portland, Maine.

The following local TV channels will be available: CBS Ch. 13 (WGME), NBC Ch. 6 (WCSH), FOX Ch. 23 (WPFO), WB Ch. 51 (WPXT), UPN Ch. 35 (WPME) and PBS Ch. 10 (WCBB).
