DESIGNING A SHOW-stopping focal point for your holiday table is hassle free and fun when you combine seasonal fruits and flowers in silvery containers. House Beautiful asked top London floral designer Jane Packer, who runs an American outpost at the Terence Conran Shop in New York, to create five festive arrangements. "A strong color palette of reds and silvers works well in a variety of interiors, from the traditional to the contemporary," says Packer. "My philosophy is less is more, so keep arrangements simple and dramatic."
