The lack of resources and technological information are among the main obstacles for the small businessmen. Aiming at helping them, Empreven (Empresarios por Venezuela) and the telecommunication company Cantv have made a deal that will allow the members of the organization to acquire a computer and equipment kit under special conditions. The kit involves a computer with Internet access, a cash register, wired or wireless telephone line and a management computer software, and it will cost Bs$5mil.
