Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA and UBP) announced today that it has acquired four neighborhood retail properties totaling 42,000 sq. ft. in Rye, New York, located in Westchester County, for $10.9 million. The properties were acquired subject to existing mortgages of $4.7 million. The neighborhood properties are located on or near the main shopping thoroughfare in downtown Rye New York and contain a mix of quality local retailers.
