THE wet weather played havoc with the Readers Romida North Wales League programme on Saturday with all five scheduled matches in the Premier Division being called off.
Only one of the games managed to get under way and that was at Gwydir Parc where promoted Llanrwst faced St Asaph. The Saints lost opener Dave Bickley for a duck off the second ball of the innings,clean-bowled by Llanrwst's new South African arrival Colin Douglas,and they were 28-1 off eight overs when the continuous rain brought a premature end to the proceedings.
