May 11--Politics opened up the door, but now Salt Lake County's convention planners worry that business conditions may drive the twice-annual Outdoor Retailer trade shows to resettle in another city.
The Salt Palace Convention Center is just too small to accommodate the needs of the Outdoor Retailer summer show, which attracts 18,000 visitors to Utah for four to five days each August.
