Hisense to use Genesis Microchip video processors in TV production
Shanghai. May 11. INTERFAX-CHINA - Hisense Co., Ltd., a Chinese TV manufacturer, will use video processing solutions from Nasdaq-listed Genesis Microchip Inc. in Hisense's new CRT TVs, LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) TVs and Plasma TVs, according to a Genesis statement.
Hisense selected Genesis Microchip's FLI2300 video format converter for use in its new HD-compatible 29-inch CRT TVs, models HDP2906H, HDP2909H, HDP2911H and 34-inch CRT TVs, models HDP3406H and HDP3411H. It will also use Genesis' gm1501 LCD TV controllers for its new 22-inch, 26-inch and ...
