  MAZDA MOTOR CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NEW TOP MANAGEMENT 
FLAT ROCK, Mich., Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of 

Mazda Motor Corporation (MC) today announced that Mr. Norimasa Furuta has been named vice-chairman of the company and will move from his post as president. Mr. Yoshihiro Wada will move from his post as executive vice-president to become the corporation's new president. Mr. Keniichi Yamamoto will continue as chairman.
