May 7--PERTH AMBOY, N.J. -- Joseph Moskwa, a maintenance supervisor at the ERETC LLC building on Sayre Avenue, has worked at the company for three years and is concerned about plans to demolish the building so 95 market rate and affordable homes can be built on the site.
At a time when Moskwa was hoping to buy his own home in Perth Amboy, he's concerned he won't have job to fund the down payment or any other bills.
"It's scary, very scary," he said.
