May 12--SANTA FE, N.M. -- Area residents may soon be able to tune in to Air America, the new liberal talk radio network featuring comedian Al Franken, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and other left-leaning partisans.
Steve Bumpous of Austin, general manager of Yellow Dog Radio, confirmed last week that he has plans to put Air America's programming on an FM station licensed to Pecos that he purchased in January.
"I will have a signal that covers most of Santa Fe," Bumpous said in a telephone interview. He's also planning studios in Santa Fe.
