A[pounds sterling] 7.5 MILLION mansion in Kensington has scooped best property gong in this year ' s Evening Standard New Homes Awards. The 5,630sq ft Georgian-style town house is part of a luxury scheme, Wycombe Square, built by St James Homes.
Judges, who included Evening Standard readers, praised the "outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail" of the project's 19 homes grouped around a new garden square, the first in Kensington for more than a century.
