Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG (AT&S) has big plans. Encouraged by 2003-04 profits, which essentially doubled from last year, the company is leveraging its technology know-how and strong telecom relationships to create one of the world's most formidable printed circuit facilities--in China.
