Press Undersecretary Carmen Ching Suva is looking forward to a life of quiet retirement from the Office of the Press Secretary in Malacanang.
Suva, fondly called "Tita Ching" by her colleagues and friends at the Office of the Press Secretary, retired after 42 years of government service spanning six presidencies starting from the administration of the late President Diosdado Macapagal.
