In response to the April 1 letter reguarding the death penalty, to quote the writer, I, too, "find myself compelled to respond."
Usually, it is a good idea to check the law and make sure you know what you are talking about before making condescending remarks about other attorneys. Contrary to what the author asserts, the governor of Florida most definitely has the power to "sign a paper to cause another person's death."
