No matter what I say, it's not going to be easy to convince you that it's worth seeing a documentary about the problems of supplying electricity inside the former Soviet Republic of Georgia, now an independent state. Believe me. I know. I resisted Power Trip at a film festival because it sounded dry and technical. Boy was I wrong. Power Trip, which opens today at Madstone, has been thoughtfully assembled by director Paul Devlin, and, as with all intriguing movies, it's about a lot more than electricity.
