ROSEMARY BEACH, FLORIDA
Management for the Hotel Saba has been awarded to Jackson Hospitality Services, Birmingham, Alabama. The hotel is scheduled to open in March 2005.
Jackson Hospitality has been engaged to oversee the development and opening of the 56-room, four-story hotel. The boutique hotel will be located in the commercial area of Rosemary Beach, a popular residential/commercial development located between Panama City Beach and Destin, Florida. During the summer the hotel will focus its marketing to families and groups such as wedding parties; in the fall and winter the hotel will market to civic and business groups for get-away meetings.
