Payless Car Rental System, Inc. has added six new franchise locations expanding the Payless global brand to service major international airports coast to coast including: Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Fort Myers, Fla.; Philadelphia, Pa.; San Antonio, Texas; and Sacramento, Calif., increasing the company's rental fleet by 2,000 vehicles.
