Actress Rebecca Romijn-Stamos will be awarded Rising Female Star of the Year at VSDA's Home Entertainment 2004. Rebecca Romijn-Stamos will receive the award during the Opening Ceremonies of the annual industry event on July 14, 2004 at the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas.
