WASHINGTON, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Majority Whip Roy Blunt (Mo.) today issued the following statement on House passage of the Budget Conference Report for Fiscal Year 2005. Blunt called the 216 to 213 vote "a victory for tax relief."
