AS PART OF ITS ongoing commitment to relevant, responsive editorial content, Guitar World magazine has tapped famed recording engineer and author David Miles Huber to write a monthly recording column. Huber, author of Modern Recording Techniques, will use his column to discuss the fundamentals of recording music and applications for the full range of recording tools as they relate to the guitar. The column will begin with the June 2004 issue.
"This will be of real value to Guitar World's readers," said Huber. "Most recording engineers started out as guitarists, so, as I see it, recording is a natural extension of playing guitar and writing music."
