Today, Senators Mike DeWine (R-OH) and Edward Kennedy (D-MA) introduced bipartisan legislation that would provide the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with comprehensive, meaningful and effective authority to regulate cigarettes and other tobacco products.
