OSAA basketball revenue rises
The new prep basketball playoff formats were profitable for the Oregon School Activities Association.
"It is not finalized, but the revenue numbers that I shared with our board at the May meeting indicated that our basketball net revenue is about $175,000 ahead of last year," OSAA executive director Tom Welter said Monday. "That is for all eight basketball tournaments, and each of them was up in revenue with the new format."
