WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Chula Vista Condominiums, LLC is expecting to break ground on a $100 million condominium hotel development this fall. The development, which is expected to be the single largest in Wisconsin Dells history, is planned to include more than 200 condominiums, a 60,000-square-foot indoor water park and a 100,000-square-foot expo and convention center containing a multi-purpose sports complex.
