MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Vital Signs, Inc. (NASDAQ: VITL) and Biomedical Dynamics Corporation (NASDAQ: BMDC) announced additional information today regarding the agreement providing for Vital Signs, Inc. to acquire Biomedical Dynamics Corporation.
