ReloAction merger to enhance services, company officials say.(Focus: business relocation)

Clients of reloAction, which has an office in Shelton, should see improved international and Interact-assisted relocation services now that the company is being acquired by another firm, company officials say.

Exult Inc. of Irvine, Calif., a provider of human resource services, announced on April 22 that it was buying the employee-owned reloAction in Pleasanton, Calif. The deal is expected to be finalized before June 30, said Don DeMoss, president of reloAction.

The companies have already worked together for more than a year, with each company recommending the other to its clients. ReloAction is a 38-year-old company with about 200 employees. Exult, with about 2,400 ...
