The National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) Winter Conference was held in February at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. The conference began on Wednesday, February 18th with the Real Estate Capital Markets Symposium, co-sponsored by NCREIF and the Appraisal Institute. Chuck Dannis, MAI, SRA (Crosson Dannis), the Symposium Committee Chair, assembled a full compliment of panels and current discussion topics for the day's agenda.
