WARY buy-to-let investors who fear the residential market has peaked are are pouring money into commercial property, which is now emerging from a three-year downturn.
The number of private individuals investing in factories and offices has jumped from two per cent to 10 per cent since 2000, according to a report by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
