HANOI, May 24 Asia Pulse - The value of plastics exports is estimated to reach US$210 million in 2004, a 20 per cent increase over last year, according to the Ministry of Industry.

Under a development plan through 2010, the plastics sector, with a total investment of 30,349 billion VND (US$1.9 billion), is expected to produce 4.2 million high-quality products to meet domestic demand and for export.
