Quicker set up; more injection; less flash. That is what BBA Elastomers, a small UK rubber moulding firm would like from its machinery, in the best of all possible worlds.
If cash was abundant, Roman Dolan, technical manager of the Birmingham firm, would replace older' Rep injection moulders (those over ten years old) with the latest Rep Intelinjects.
He would also convert the the firm's six flashless transfer moulding machines to the wasteless process.
