Equitex, Inc. (Nasdaq:EQTX) announced today that closing of the transaction between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chex Services, Inc., and Seven Ventures, Inc., as previously announced on April 15, 2004, is anticipated to occur during the first week of June.
