HARRISBURG, Pa., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- PA Conservation and Natural Resources Secretary Michael DiBerardinis today announced that David M. Madl, former manager at Frances Slocum State Park, Luzerne County, has been named manager of three state parks forming the Hickory Run State Park Complex in Luzerne and Carbon counties.
