Shops can now track inventory without cumbersome data entry of hand counts. WinWare of Marietta, Ga., has combined its toolcrib software with a heavy-duty, electronically controlled radio-frequency-identification (RFID) portal, the CribMaster Accu-Port, so industrial facilities can better manage indirect materials. The portal also provides complete accountability of removed and returned inventory of unmanned storerooms or toolcribs.
