Today, Defence Minister Ivor Caplin M.P. was assisted by primary school pupils from Leicestershire when he laid a time capsule at the site of the new Welbeck - The Defence Sixth Form College in Woodhouse, Leicestershire. Mr Caplin is also Chairman of Governors of Welbeck College.
The new Defence Sixth Form College will open in Leicestershire in September 2005 for 340 boys and girls aged 16 to 18 who wish to pursue an engineering, technical or scientific career with the Army, ...
