CULP INC. announced a new management structure designed to allow the company to focus on each of its business units as well as its operations in China. Howard Dunn, president and chief operating officer of Culp, will assume the newly created position of vice chairman. In his new role, he will have executive responsibility for Culp's business in China, and will remain involved in design and product development activities. Franklin Saxon will succeed Dunn as president and chief operating officer.
